WCAP Commander

Phil has currently been the commander of army's WCAP (world class athletes program) and doing an amazing job. We are always so proud of him. Only got a couple pictures of the Change of Command ceremony because John was a little curious and tried to join the formation a couple times. We love you Daddy!
