We dedided to take advantage of a beautiful Sunday afternoon and visit the famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Canyon. The canyon is gorgeous and we took a type of train down into it and walked around. Then we took the sky tram accross the top of the canyon to the other side, and walked back on the bridge. The bridge that crosses over the canyon is famous because it's one the largest/highest suspension bridges in the world. It was pretty scary walking accross the bridge knowing there was nothing underneath holding it up. It was a little wobbely! But John of course loved walking it, feeling so big and proud. We also saw some elk, deer, and buffalo. And yes, John made a "woof" "woof" sound for all of the animals. Can't wait to take him to the zoo this summer.
